Improving the performance of educational assessments
With international assessment expertise
Linking user experience with assessment design
Enhancing test quality with observational data
We are Experts
We are experts in the collection and analysis of observational data on user experience and assessment response processes. Our studies enhance the transition to digital modes of assessment, and increase confidence in new assessment products.
We capture the cognitive and emotional dimensions of test performance with techniques including eye tracking, and the analysis of gesture, talk and facial expressions in real life assessment contexts such as schools, households, and examination centres.
